What are Summer Leadership Programs (SLP)?

SLPs are one-to-two day programs for accounting students held in the summer by public accounting firms throughout the nation. These programs are meant as an introduction to the public accounting industry and are designed specifically for students who is CPA eligible between Dec 2020 and June 2021. They are designed to help participants learn about internship opportunities in advance of the intern recruiting cycle and explore career options in public accounting in various practice areas (Audit, Tax & Advisory). In addition, students will learn about the culture of each CPA firm and will get an opportunity to network with professionals from each firm.
